Before joining any of our classes, even for a single trial class, we do require a waiver for each person participating. That means parents will need to sign a waiver for each child. We use an app called Glofox to maintain our memberships and member files. If you would like to save some time on the first day of your class, please follow these steps to sign your waiver ahead of time.
How to sign our waiver online:
- Download the Glofox application(app) on your mobile device.
- Upon opening the app for the first time, it will prompt you to “Find your studio or gym.” Please enter Revolution Brazilian JiuJitsu.
*Read carefully and choose Revolution Brazilian JiuJitsu in Fairbanks and not the wrong gym with the same name. - At the bottom of the next screen, you will find the option to Register. You will need to enter your e-mail address and a password for your account.
- Next, you will enter your first name and last name. For parents signing up their children, please enter your name and not your child’s. You will have the opportunity to enter your child’s information soon.
- Continue with the next two steps until you complete registration. You will be immediately emailed a registration welcome letter.
- The next step that will be immediately prompted to you is our Waiver. Please take the time to read and review this liability waiver and sign at the end by tapping the red signature box and following the prompt.
- When you tap the yellow Finish button, you will be brought to your personal dashboard. From here, parents may sign up their children by tapping “Add a child account” at the bottom and following the prompts to complete a profile for each child they would like to sign up.
