What should I wear?

Comfortable workout clothes like shorts and a t-shirt. You’ll need to remove your shoes unless you have clean boxing shoes that aren’t worn outside. 

We use 16oz. gloves. If you’re just trying the class out, we have some loaners you can borrow.
